Alternative Birthing Center (ABC) (34016-PS2PW5) Gifts are used to provide for needs of the ABC as determined by hospital leadership. The ABC provides a natural birth experience – one that respects privacy while encouraging family involvement in a medically supported homelike atmosphere.

Behavioral Medicine Patient Needs Fund (34016-PS2PE5) Used for patient needs and patient care items such as razors, hair dryers, radios, books and videos for patients.

Cancer Institute (34016-PS2PJ6) Funds used for capital and educational purposes which promote the Ascension Providence Cancer Institute and its programs.

Greatest Need (34016-PS2710)
Funds are used for projects, programs and capital needs throughout Ascension Providence Hospital, Southfield, as determined by leadership.

Healing Arts Center (34016-PN2PB5 (P)) This fund supports programs and services of the center as they pertain to the healing arts.

Heart Institute (34016-PN2PH1 (P))
Gifts support the needs of the Ascension Providence Heart Institute including: capital expenditures, technology improvements, program support, Fellows assistance (honorariums, awards, stipends, educational conference and medical symposia expenses, etc.) and other needs as determined by Heart Institute leadership.

Neurosurgical Research Fund (34016-PN2PL7) Donations are used for capital equipment purchases, capital expenses and program expenses including: technology, research, continuing education, cultivation events, associated research endeavors, and spine program recognition.

NICU Renovation Fund (34016-PS2PN6)
Supports the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) renovation at Ascension Providence Hospital, Southfield.

Nurses Education and Special Needs Fund (34016-PS2PB8) Supports nurses’ educational needs and recognition activities at Ascension Providence Hospital.

Pastoral Care and Chapel Fund (34016-PS2PD5 (P)) Provides for the needs of the Chapel and the Pastoral Care department at Ascension Providence Hospital, Southfield.

Therapy Dog Program - West Region (34016-WR2PW2 (P)) Supports therapy dogs who visit and comfort patients, visitors and associates. Funds may also be used to purchase food, medication, veterinary care and related program costs including the purchase of future therapy dogs.
